Nafion™ Sulfoacid Membrane

　　Nafion™ Perfluorinated Sulfonic Acid (PFSA) membrane is based on PFSA/ polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) copolymer, widely used in electrochemical cells where plays the role of cation conduction solid electrolyte.

　　Nafion™ membrane has many grades and different characteristics to meet the specific application needs of designers and engineers.

　　Nafion™ solution casting membrane is made of dispersant. This type of membrane is usually thinner than the squeeze casting membrane and is suitable for applications where low ion transport resistance is strictly required. The membrane aims to provide ideal durability for the expecting applications.

　　Nafion™ squeeze casting membrane is usually thicker than solution casting membrane, and is suitable for applications where high strength or low transmittance/penetration is strictly required. The membrane can be further strengthened to achieve maximum strength and tear resistance.
